The creations of the maison-artisans.com website can be delivered by Colissimo International service (delivery with signature) in the following countries:
- Metropolitan France, Corsica and DOM-TOM
- All European countries
- All countries outside Europe except those not covered by the Colissimo Expert International service
The delivery time indicated by the Colissimo service is:
- For Germany: 3 to 5 days
- For Belgium: 3 to 4 days
- For Great Britain: 3 to 5 days
- For Ireland: 4 to 5 days
- For Canada: 4 to 8 days
- For United States: 4 to 8 days
- For the Netherlands: 4 to 5 days
- For Portugal: 4 to 9 days
- For Spain: 3 to 7 days
- For Italia: 3 to 5 days

Products are shipped from Monday to Friday to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within the time indicated by a follow-up email (usually within 2 to 8 days). You will always have a tracking number to follow the progress of the delivery - our team will send it to you by email on the day of shipment. In case of late shipment, a second email is sent to you to inform you of any consequences on the delivery time indicated to you.
In accordance with the legal provisions, in the event of a delay in delivery beyond 30 days, you benefit from the possibility of canceling the order under the conditions and methods defined in article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code.
The company La Maison des Artisans La Maison d'Adam cannot be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the customer after several appointment proposals or to a malfunction of the Colissimo service.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay a penalty.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal.
The costs of returning a product are your responsibility. In the event of an exchange with another product, we would cancel your first order and you would have to place a new one. In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company La Maison des Artisans La Maison d'Adam will reimburse the amount of the article(s) concerned, within 14 days of notification of your request (Article L.221-24 of the Consumer Code), upon receipt of the product(s).

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
